Torchwood on Starz is THE Torchwood in the UK??!?? awesome! Now i gots to set my DVR!
Torchwood on Starz is a continuation of the Torchwood UK – it’s set in America but Jack and Gwen are the same characters (and actors) from the previous one.
This Dr. Who is just visiting America – i think. All I know about the upcoming season is that Neil Gaiman wrote one of the episodes (4th one I *think*)
